About Rassani Technologies
A Pakistan-based software company focused on schools, finance tooling, and custom ERP.
Engineers who still sit with the ops team
Rassani is run by people with 10+ years building software and several years in fintech and ERP (fees, HR, loans, inventory). Today most of that experience goes into School ERP and the tools around it, plus custom work when a client needs something the product does not cover yet.

Our Vision
Be the team schools and mid-size businesses call when they need software that works in Pakistan and stays maintained.
Our Mission
Replace spreadsheet chaos and bolted-on admin panels with products and custom systems people can actually run every day.
How we work
Simple rules we try not to break
Be useful
Ship what the office can use on Monday morning
Say it straight
If a product already covers the need, we say so
Stay reachable
WhatsApp and calls after go-live, not a ticket void
Finish the job
Training, data migrate, and support until it sticks
Leadership
What you can expect from how we run projects
We keep the team small enough that you can reach a decision-maker, and senior enough that demos aren't smoke and mirrors.
Clear direction
Everyone knows the goal for the next sprint and why it matters.
Own the outcome
If something breaks in production, we show up. We don't point fingers.
Try, then harden
Experiment in a safe lane, then ship what passes real use.
People over process
Good tools help, but we hire and keep people who care.
Our Journey
We started by fixing school and finance software that felt stuck in 2010: slow screens, missing payment options, parents left on personal WhatsApp numbers.
Now we ship School ERP, HRMS, Finance ERP, LMS, POS, and related tools, and we still take on custom builds when a client's process doesn't fit a box.
Future Roadmap
- Grow School ERP for multi-campus and white-label setups
- Better payment and wallet flows for fee desks
- A healthcare vertical when the school stack is solid
- Smarter reports (with AI where it actually helps)
- More cloud deployments with partners outside Pakistan
